From the first time we spoke with Ange & Cam we knew that they were going to have a pretty special tipi wedding. It started with a tipi viewing so they could both see the tents in the flesh. Wanting to make sure that this was the right decision for them, they made a very special trip to see Maddie and Aaron’s wedding tipi, a day after their event at Brim Brim Gardens in Buninyong (near Ballarat). They both fell in love with the idea and the decision was made, they were going to have a tipi wedding!
Their tipi venue was at the Collingwood Children’s Farm and with the decision made on the tipis the next thing to do was to enlist the help of the talented Kate from Events by Kate who had previously assisted a few of our clients with organizing and decorating their weddings.
Kate helped to create the atmosphere and setting they wanted, with items such as this this cute Hay Bale lounge which was set up outside the tipis on the lawn.
Another Kate from Hudson’s Famous Food and Catering got involved in organising the wonderful food supplied, which as you can see was enjoyed by all!
As the sun was setting on a hot day the tipis, set the scene for a magical evening of celebration and fun. It had been a hot week and thankfully Ange & Cam only had 28 degrees to endure and not the high 30’s, which was originally forecast. As the guests relaxed into the evening it wasn’t long before they were dancing in a tipi under a disco ball!
An important part of any wedding is choosing the right photographer, this was no different for Ange and Cam who chose Pierre Curry to take all these stunning photos and more!
It was a beautiful night and we were so thrilled that everything went perfectly for Ange and Cam. Another happy occasion was celebrated in our tipis and we were glad…
